The Last Himalayan Kingdom

The journey.

Bhutan admits few and changes most of them. Three valleys, three lodges, one ascent to Tiger's Nest with a monk-scholar — and evenings of hot-stone baths and farmhouse dinners.

Questions people ask about The Last Himalayan Kingdom

How many days do you need for The Last Himalayan Kingdom?
We build it as 8 nights, 9 days. That is the length that lets the route breathe without adding a night nobody needed.
How much does The Last Himalayan Kingdom cost from India?
From ₹14.5L for two people, land only. That is our starting price for the whole journey rather than a per night rate, and international flights are quoted separately at cost.
When is the best time to go?
October to March is the season across most of India. Ladakh is the exception and opens roughly May to September, when the passes are clear.
What visa do Indian travellers need?
None. This is a domestic journey, so there is no paperwork and no lead time to plan around. Rules change, so we confirm the current requirement for your passport when we plan the trip.
How long is the flight from India?
A domestic hop, usually one to three hours, and the internal legs are part of the itinerary.
Is this a private trip or a group tour?
Private. The itinerary, the guide and the vehicle are yours alone, and every date is set around you rather than a fixed departure.
Can the itinerary be changed?
Yes. The Last Himalayan Kingdom is a starting shape, not a fixed package. Add nights, swap a city, change the hotel standard, or tell us what you would rather do with a day and we rebuild it.
